Who's behind the plate
We started in a spare bedroom with one printer and a pile of failed prints. These days we run four machines, but the spirit hasn't changed: every order is queued, watched, and packed by hand — not a warehouse. If a print doesn't come out right, we reprint it before it ever reaches you.
We print in PLA+ sourced from small suppliers, finish every piece by hand to smooth layer lines, and pack orders in recyclable mailers. Handmade doesn't mean rough around the edges — it means someone actually checked.
Before you ask
Ready-to-ship products leave our studio within 1–2 business days. Custom pieces take 3–5 days to print, finish, and pack after your design is approved. You'll get tracking as soon as it ships.
Fill out the custom order form with your idea, size, and color. We sketch a 3D preview within 48 hours — you approve it (or ask for a tweak) before anything gets printed, so there's no guessing.
Mostly PLA+ for its clean finish and durability, with PETG available on request for pieces that need extra heat resistance, like lamp shades or outdoor decor.
Our core palette is mint, matte black, warm white, and terracotta. Need something else? Mention it in the custom form — we carry a rotating stock of extra spools and can usually match close.
Ready-made items can be returned unused within 14 days. Custom pieces are made to order, so we ask for approval on the design preview first — once printing starts, custom orders are final, but we'll always reprint a piece that arrives damaged or flawed.
